UFO Receives 2008 National Parenting Center Awards
The National Parenting Center awards the Smart Boys and Smart Girls Series the 2008 Seal of Approval.

Pomona, CA February 28, 2008 - The Smart Kid's line presents mini-games that exercise children's imagination while reinforcing basic cognitive and creative skills in a simple format that the youngest players can understand. The games employ the unique functions of Nintendo DS with touch-screens that interact with little fingers. Each game includes a special feature that allows parents to save the birthdays of mother, father and child for a happy birthday greeting that plays on the specified dates.

"Our Smart Kid's games are the first-ever casual games made for the very youngest players on Nintendo DS," said Jonathan Wan, CEO of UFO Interactive Games. "We have created a wholesome videogame that kids will love and parents can feel good about in a gaming market comprised of inappropriate and sometimes violent content."

Smart Boy's Gameroom is developed to appeal to young boys with games themed in cars, trains, airplanes and space graphics. Smart Boy's Gameroom is designed to be a virtual closet of 13 mini-games including an interactive coloring book, a free-form drawing pad, instrument play, a virtual train set, puzzles, a memory matching game and more.

Smart Girl's Playhouse is created in a theme of dolls, flowers and animals with 12 mini-games and activities that appeal to little girls. Games include Feed the Hamster which enhances hand-eye-coordination and Dress Up which features a virtual paper doll that can be dressed in different outfits and accessories.

Smart Kid's Gameclub is a compilation of both Smart Boys and Smart Girls to create one product for multi-sibling families. An exclusive feature on Smart Kid's allows parents to record congratulatory and encouraging messages that play when the child achieves a task or answers correctly. This feature offers positive reinforcement and good feelings of acknowledgement by parents even as the child plays independently.

Smart Kid's Gameclub, Smart Boy's Gameroom and Smart Girl's Playhouse are designed for boys and girls ages three and older and will be available at most mass, specialty and online retailers including Wal-Mart, Toys 'R' Us and Amazon.com beginning this fall. The suggested retail price is $19.99.

Rated E for Everyone by the ESRB, the Smart Kid's Gameclub, Smart Boy's Gameroom and Smart Girl's Playhouse are the most recent title releases from UFO Interactive's newly-established line of educational entertainment games from UFO Family, committed to creating a positive point of entry for the youngest players into the video gaming market.
