Q: How do you play Sudokumania? What is the object of the game?
A: The object of Sudokumania is quite simple. The objective is to place 1 number/symbol in each field of 4 or 9 squares without having the same number/symbol in the same horizontal or vertical column of the other fields. Your mission is to fill each field with all numbers/symbols.

A: First try exchanging it at the store you purchased the game from. To replace your software you will need a sales receipt dated within the 90-day warranty period. UFO Interactive warrants to the original purchaser that the software media will be free from defects for a period of 90-days. A: All official projects and news are announced in the “Latest News” section of our website. If you do not see the rumor or game in question on the news page then we are unable to confirm any questions at this time.
Q: Why do you make games for one console and not another?
A: UFO Interactive believes in being a multi-platform publisher and strives to please all of our customers. It is sometimes the wishes of the game creator to bring their vision to one single platform for all to enjoy. Some games are exclusive to a certain console by the wishes of the console manufacture. It is also possible that certain games are made exclusively to a platform because of technical reasons such as programming or hardware limitations.
Q: Im not satisfied with my game purchase, can I get a refund?
A: Unfortunately, neither retailers nor UFO accepts operational software for refund or exchange. This policy is common throughout the video game industry, and is intended to prevent software piracy. We suggest renting or doing research by reading reviews and comments made by other players of the game before making your purchase. Renting and reading reviews in game magazines are ways to ensure that our product meets your expectations before you buy it.

As for product review, unfortunately, due to high demand on requesting for games and have limited supplies, we are unable to fulfill everyones request. For consideration on receiving reviewable products, here are a few guidelines we require:
- How many daily unique visitors does your site receive? Please send us a valid third party report with this information as it is the only accurate measure of how many people actually visit your site.
- How often do you update your site? We look for sites that update throughout the day, every day.
- How current are your reviews? We look for sites that review games on a timely basis and contain a healthy library of reviews.
- Do you produce your own content or reference other sites for your news and information? We look for sites that produce their own content and write their own stories, not just reuse content from other major sites.
- Does your site have sponsors and a dedicated staff? This lets us know that you are a professional organization.
Q: Where is my game? I sent my game in for an exchange and have not received anything.
A: There is usually about a two week turn around time for replacements.
- Takes about 2-5 days for us to receive the defective game.
- 1-3 days for testing and review of returned game.
- 2-5 days for delivery via USPS, depending on location.

We also concentrate on publishing video games for Sony and Sega platforms.
With relationships with leading developers in Japan and Euro, UFO Interactive is seeking to be one of the major publishers of video game software. Furthermore, UFO is currently working on more titles for the Nintendo DS and looking to release 6 more titles within the coming years. UFO Interactive is also in the works with developers to bring out Nintendo Revolution titles at launch.
